Held at Al Bustan Rotana, Dubai, JVC Middle East Dealers' Meeting is a project that required turnkey services in exhibition design and build-up, and events management. With a total build-up area of 2600 sqm, the entire event area comprise of the reception and foyer display area, seminar hall, ballroom for dinner reception and products display atrium. Numerous giant murals showcasing JVC's latest products and services were widely utilized to synergise the four sections, which were not co-located in a common area. To better showcase the products of JVC, FLEx integrated some JVC products, like the LED lightings, with the creative displays for a more outstanding effect.

Clients were so contented with the overall success of the event that another project in Yemen, Sana, was awarded to FLEx, marking the start of yet another fruitful partnership.
