With the objective to enhance the skills and knowledge of Santa United International Holdings' sales team with a light-hearted yet constructive retreat, FLEx specially designed and developed a unique training programme that comprised of fun and exciting activities and enriching seminar where the sales team got to gain skills necessary in driving more sales. In addition to planning and integrating the programme flow, FLEx also made necessary accommodation, meal and transport arrangements, easing the client the hassle of dealing with a multitude of agencies.
