FLEx was the appointed exhibition design and build, and events management agency for the South Africa Week. With FLEx's past event experiences in Suntec Entertainment Atrium, little difficulties were faced during the set-up for the event. Although it was a little challenging to garner exhibitors initially, as South Africa Week was a relatively new event in town, FLEx overcame all hurdles eventually and executed the entire event without a hitch, much to the client's delight.

Onsite, FLEx Project personnel were present at all times to take care of the daily operations and attend to the needs of the exhibitors. In addition to exhibiting products from South Africa, FLEx also introduced the cultural dance sessions to hype up the event and creatively introduce the culture of South Africa to the audience.
