A spin off from the Arabian Travel Market, Tourism Malaysia extended their marketing efforts with roadshows to Oman and Kuwait. There was a mini travel mart in the afternoon followed by press conferences.

FLEx was again appointed by Tourism Malaysia to manage the entire Gala Dinner at both locations. FLEx provided a holistic solution by conceptualizing the design theme for the night, building the stage backdrop, providing audio and visual support, planning and integrating the entire programme flow, and engaging the Royal Dance Troop from the King's Palace in Malaysia to perform and add a touch of royalty at the Gala Dinner. Client and guests were so impressed with the entertainment and programme lined up for them.
