FLEx redesigned the website of Freight Links Group to place greater emphasis on the group integration and started an opt in mailer to disseminate news to the general public about Freight Links Group. In addition, FLEx also approached key journalists with story suggestions on the growth of the group, and laid groundwork for the start of an analysts update, allowing the CEO to write a personalised news page directly to key analysts.
Two interviews were conducted within key business publications, as well as regular appearances in BT CEO - weekly column where CEOs shared their thoughts on current issues with the business public. The widespread print and broadcast coverage generated a publicity value of over $50,000 for a three month period.
